By installing or using FBuddy SG ("the app"), you agree to these terms.
FBuddy SG is a tool that notifies you when new jobs are posted on SproutGigs, and — depending on your membership — when an employer we monitor comes online. It is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by SproutGigs or any of its partners.
You sign in with your Google account and buy membership inside the app. Purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s terms and refund policy. Each purchase adds 30 days to your membership, on top of any days you have left. The plan you buy last applies to all your remaining days — for example, buying Job Alerts while you have Job + Buyer Alerts switches buyer alerts off for the remaining days.
Access is time-limited: it has a validity date, after which alerts stop until it is renewed. Some features — such as Buyer Watcher — are included only in certain membership types, and the app shows you which one you are on in the Profile tab.
A membership is for one person and works on one phone at a time. Signing in on a new phone moves your membership to that phone and stops alerts on the old one.
Alerts are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee the availability, payout, approval, or any earnings from any job. Whether you can accept, complete, or get paid for a job is entirely a matter between you and SproutGigs.
Buyer Watcher tells you that an employer appears to be online. It does not promise that they will post work, and it is not advice about which jobs to take.

We may suspend or revoke access for misuse.
We aim to deliver reliable, timely alerts, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Delivery can be affected by your device, your network, your operating system's battery settings, or by third-party services such as Google or SproutGigs. Alerts can also be delayed or missed if SproutGigs is slow, unreachable, or changes how its site works.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app — including missed alerts or lost potential earnings.
Your access ends automatically on your expiry date, or earlier if these terms are breached. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab; see the Privacy Policy for what that removes. Membership days remaining at deletion are lost and are not refunded.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page's URL, with the effective date above.
