You can delete your FBuddy SG account and its data at any time. There are two ways, and both remove exactly the same things.
This is the fastest way, and it takes effect at once.
Your account is removed straight away, and alerts stop within about a minute.
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, write to us and we will delete the account for you.
Please write from, or tell us, the Google email address you signed in with. That address is how your account is identified, and we cannot find the right account without it. We may ask one question to confirm the account is yours before deleting it.
We action these requests within 7 days, and usually the same day.
Records of memberships granted and payments made are kept for accounting and tax purposes, and to answer any question or dispute about them. They are financial records rather than part of your account, they are never used to contact you or to send you alerts, and they contain no card or bank details.
Deletion cannot be undone. Any membership days you have left are lost and are not refunded. If you only want alerts to stop for a while, you can turn notifications off instead, or simply let your membership expire — your account stays, so renewing later does not mean starting again.
